Digital downloads
Our paid guides and templates are delivered digitally. Once a digital product has been supplied or downloaded, it cannot usually be returned in the same way as a physical product.
Refunds
We do not normally offer refunds for digital downloads after access has been provided, unless there is a technical fault with the file or we have supplied the wrong product.
If you have a problem with a download, contact us and include your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, access support, or a refund.
